At BSA, we act as our client’s partner to direct the development process in three key areas.

First, we help our clients develop their project plan.

The plan may include phasing considerations, logistics, preliminary budgeting, assistance with design consultant selection, site selection, feasibility studies, etc.

Second, we save our clients time and money in the design phase.

We protect our clients from costly construction delays and cost over runs by assisting the design team with drawing coordination to eliminate errors, omissions, and conflicts in the design documents.  We save our clients money by offering Value Engineering alternatives that will achieve the architect’s design intent for less cost. During this period, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical specifications and details are continually analyzed to offer changes that result in money and/or time savings, and allow our clients to receive the most building for the least cost. Then, when design documents are completed, BSA coordinates, facilitates, and directs the entire permitting process from start to finish to ensure our clients’ permits are always received as quickly as possible.

Third, we provide contract guarantees against time and cost over-runs.

We’re so confident in our management processes, we’ll back it up in writing.  Using this approach, our clients know they can count on BSA to build their project right, and build it on time.

We use only pre-qualified subcontractors and BSA’s experienced personnel to build first-class buildings for our clients.  BSA has won three prestigious ‘Build Florida’ awards for excellence from the Associated General Contractors of America and has restored five structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  BSA’s restorations have also won four preservation awards from the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation.
