This 25,000 sf project includes a new showroom, parts department, service department, administration areas and executive offices. In order to ensure business continuity and uninterrupted operation of the dealership, BSA set up temporary office facilities for the owner which included phone, power, water, data, parking, landscaping & irrigation to meet city requirements. During the demolition of the existing open-air show room building and construction of the new facility BSA coordinated new landscape, irrigation, paving, drainage, and utilities all in a manner that allowed new car sales and the service operations to continue without missing a beat.
